Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Highbridge Birch Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Omaha. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
