Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bright West Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for survey data. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
