Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Cedar Thistle Pharma is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for batch records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
