Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Rivermark Cedar Banking Services Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
