Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Redstone Sparrow Energy Partners is an energy provider in Colorado Springs focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
