Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Cedar Clear Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Chicago working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for service alerts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
