Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Silverline Cross Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
