Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Willow Pharma and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
