Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Nova Thistle Pharma is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
