Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Harborlight Glen Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Richmond working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 712 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
