Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Highbridge Basin Health Group is a healthcare provider in Richmond with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
