Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Maple Medical and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
