Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Fernwood Basin Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
