Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Westbrook Rowan Banking Services is a regional lender in Seattle with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
