Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Summit Mill Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Jackson with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
