Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Redstone Beacon Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Knoxville, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for water quality. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
