Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bluepeak Ridge Construction Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 162 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
