Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Summit Corner Insurance is an insurance company in Indianapolis with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for premium billing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
