Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Rivermark Yarrow Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Spokane. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
