Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Foxglove Ember Construction Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
