Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Cedar Loom Medical designs and makes medical devices in Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
