Silverline North Pharma Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
