Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Orchard Care Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
