Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Union Civic Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
