Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Thistle Pharma and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for release testing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
