Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bluepeak Loom Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Reno, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
