Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Ironwood Hollow Energy is an energy provider in Seattle focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 248 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
