Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Lakeside Environmental Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
