Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Ironwood Clear Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Anchorage. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
