Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Corner Insurance and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 136 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
