Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bright Iron Medical is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for production lots. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
