Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar West Care Services Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for licensing. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
