Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Stonegate West Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
