Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Harborlight Mill Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Kansas City with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for client records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
