Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Nova Umber Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 776 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
