Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bright Yarrow Banking Services is a regional lender in Louisville with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
