Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Harborlight Cobalt Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
