Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Foxglove Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for water quality. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
