Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Highbridge Ivory Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for service installations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
