Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Meridian Foods Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
