Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Basin Health and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
