Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Nova Corner Construction is a Rochester contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 601 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
