Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bright Haven Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Cleveland producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for release testing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
