Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Cross Foods and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 186 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
