Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Amberfield Orchard Care Services supports families and individuals in Phoenix with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
