Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Fern Environmental Services Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
