Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Rivermark Loom Medical is a Fort Worth company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 181 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
