Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Fox Construction Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
