Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Westbrook Loom Insurance is an insurance company in Kansas City with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
