Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Nova Rook Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Las Vegas. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for regulatory reports. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
